I Love it here at Cibolo Legacy! The view is incredible, and the apartment is in great shape. Derek worked so efficiently in my “time crunch to move-in” that he actually took numerous pictures for me so I could make my choice from Austin site-unseen! I found the apartment online one day and was signing docs the next! Derek was more than awesome and I know I will be happy here! I have no doubt!!

we have lots of fun events like wine and cheese, swimming parties and hot dog cookouts. Safety checks makes us feel safe as they checked each apartment . Fire plugs were tested and certified,. all the personnel are very friendly and helpful. I see the swimming pool being sanitized often. I love living at Legacy ay Cibilo

Any service issues they are very prompt. Dog friendly community. The door entrances to the apartments is unique by having a long hallway and not so cluttered like most apartments.

I have been at Legacy of Cibolo for 3 months now, and I love it. It is quite, a good mixture of older and younger people. Their office personnel are friendly and always willing to help. Legacy is set a ways aways from the busy road of Herff, so it is peaceful.

Absolutely love living here. By far my favorite apartment I’ve lived at. Great staff, safe apartments, beautiful views, 10/10! The staff actually cares when you voice a complaint, unlike some other places I’ve lived. Plus I love the quick & easy walk to Cibolo Nature Center.

I have lived here for over a year and still love living here. I have however, noticed a difference with new residents. Inconsiderate parking and speeding are at the top of my list. Balconies need to be kept clean. I take pride in my community and I expect the same from everyone, with that, I expect the management team to enforce adherence to lease agreements.

Hope patiently showed me a few apartments until we found the ideal floor plan. She drives around in a golf cart like Mario Andretti waving at tenants, calling out their names! Hope is familiar with the property and the very detailed leasing process. Ask for Hope.

The initial experience of selecting a new place to live was a burden for me. I had lived in Las Vegas for 30 years and decided to move to TX. I liked Hill Country and Boerne but was a little hesitant to make a decision. Thankfully; I came in and worked with Hope. She answered all my questions and was extremely friendly and professional. She really made the difference by explaining not just the complex and amenities but why Boerne is a great place to live. I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

I have only wonderful things to say about my experience since moving into The legacy at Cibolo. The staff are kind & listen to your concerns and needs. The maintenance staff are very friendly and respond quickly when a repair is needed. I had certain needs due to being disabled and management was there for me & offer any help that I required & I thank them for being so supportive.

The community is just what I was looking for quiet, clean, and well kept. The staff and events are pretty amazing as well! The pool, gym and walking distance to the local park keep my pup and I pretty active too. If only I could win the lottery then I’d get another couple garages for an off-road beast and super car but that’s not related at all to this review.

Unfortunately 3 weeks ago walking the inside perimeter of Legacy I slipped and fell breaking my left arm! A quick trip to ER determined the fall could be healed simply using a sling! Not good news to share but the reality for my husband and I is being in Legacy in Boerne is such a blessing! Nothing is far from us, our living facilities are quiet and so beautiful! Than you Legacy for being here for us during these golden years! ♥️

I find the office staff to be friendly and very helpful. Also the maintenance staff. They are quick to respond to maintenance issues. We recently had issues with a water leak under sink. They continued to come out until it was fixed.

I really like living here. I wish it was cheaper, but I do like how much they keep up with everything around here so it makes the price a little better. The staff is really friendly and so are most of the neighbors. There are some issues with people speeding through the neighborhood, but the staff does what they can to encourage people to slow down.

My experience here has been incredible so far. The team here is nice and friendly and truly care about your well-being. My apartment is even better than I thought it would be. I had high expectations and they exceeded them! The pool is a dream with a resort style feel and the gym is so clean with nice equipment. I have been a fitness instructor for over 10 years and worked in various gym locations and this one compares. I don’t even plan to get a gym membership somewhere because of how nice this one is. The maintenance crew is phenomenal! So fast and efficient. All in all, I feel honored to call this my home and would recommend anyone who inquires to make this their home as well. Thank you Legacy at Cibolo for creating a phenomenal community!

I arrived two weeks ago today after living in Cripple Creek, Colorado, for 14 years. My family, friends, and colleagues were here, and it was time I came home to Texas.  Before I moved here, my daughter recorded video tours at several apartment complexes in the area, and Legacy at Cibolo seemed to be just what I wanted. I met Derek via the FaceTime tours, so when I walked into the office, there was a friendly face that I recognized. From then until now, it has been occasionally chaotic with many boxes, deliveries, and returns, and misplacing my cell phone more times than I care to say. The staff, my apartment home, the buildings, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Derek and Hope in the leasing office, Edward in maintenance, and Ron with Valet Living are assets to this community, and I am happy I live here.

Legacy has been a great place to live the past few months. I enjoy the friendly people in my building and all the dog friends I’ve met! I see hummingbirds outside my porch window. They are beautiful as they are attracted to the flowering bushes. The trees and grounds are so pretty to walk through every day.

After being here just under a month I can honestly say that I am thrilled with my choice to move here. The community is beautiful and peaceful, the apartment is so cute, but also flows well day to day with plenty of storage, and all the staff have been extremely supportive. My service requests have been promptly addressed and communication has been great. Appreciate Legacy at Cibolo’s attention to details. Highly recommended.

Time here at the legacy has been good. One concern I have is the speed of some of the drivers coming and going. Speed bumps would be something to consider before someone gets hurt. I do see that children live in this community as well. I would be proactive and not reactive.

Mostly good except parking ..!! Parking should only be allowed for Residence only .!!!! Why not number parking spots per apartment .I per vehicle.If more than 1 vehicle then that 2 nd vehicle should park in over flow parking..I pay a lot of rent and I shouldn’t have to be concerned about where I’m going to park ..

All the residents I've met here are super friendly and welcoming to the community. Social events are sprinkled throughout the month if you want to meet more neighbors. Management and ALL the team have been attentive to my needs and respond quickly to requests. I now call this "Home Sweet Home" which says it all!

I’ve been here since June 2021, it’s been the best experience. The office staff are amazing and any time I’ve had a maintenance request it’s done so quickly. My boys and I love the green belt around us and love to explore abd the pool is a winner for sure. It’s so quiet and serene like a little resort. I feel like I’m living in a permanent AirBnB. I love it here!

Overall, our experience at Legacy at Cibolo has been great. We have had some maintenance issues, but those have been resolved. Most of the annoyances (such as noise) are just associated with apartment living. Living here works great as a temporary solution while our house is under construction. I do wish people wouldn’t drive so fast in the parking lot.

Really like the apartment complex. The breezeway to get to the apartments are always dirty with dirt and dog hair and it takes away from how nice the facility is overall. The concrete in the breezeways is also stained throughout and it is not aesthetically pleasing.

Living here is like living at a resort. The 1 bedroom is perfect size for my husband and I. We enjoyed having a glass of wine on our patio in the evening or going for a swim. We are so glad we chose Legacy Cibolo .

I have only been living in my apartment for a week but I can't stop telling people how much I love it. I would give the full 5 stars if I did have my washer/dryer in unit when I moved in as I asked for one a few months prior when I signed the lease, but nonetheless everything has been great and a smooth move-in! The staff has been friendly and very responsive. Maintenance is timely and very professional and nice as well. Looking forward to my time here!

Maintenance seems slow to address or adequately repair issues at times; we need to submit a work order to report a broken hinge on a cabinet door that was repaired at move-in and a faulty breaker and electrical outlets for the Master bedroom. We live in a first floor apartment and walking / stomping / pounding can often be heard from above in mornings and evenings. However, the occupant must now be on holiday or moved as the noise has ceased for now. A very good effort is made to keep the grounds clean and.beautiful. The workout facility, walking paths, and ground security are all nice benefits. Finally,, the management and other personnel are always very nice and friendly. Thanks for the opportunity to respond.
